Honestly it was fun and a very good experience for overall growth in sales, just not much career growth potential. Felt like it would be a long climb within T-Mobile from Sales Manager position, though very very successful in the role.

The team environment is a bit toxic. This can vary by the team, however the culture leans a bit toward toxic. Some pure fluff training in the beginning (a couple weeks) that does nothing for you when you hit the ground selling.
