Honestly it was fun and a very good experience for overall growth in sales, just not much career growth potential. Felt like it would be a long climb within T-Mobile from Sales Manager position, though very very successful in the role.

Lots of micromanagement. Quality inbound leads don't exist from the SDR team. Sales training and social media selling is useless. Customer Implimentation process is a nightmare resulting in chargebacks.
