Overall a super positive experience but clear growth pains in the sales org that will hopefully get better. Massive differences in compensation and career opportunities depending on which market you work in.

Amazing organisation to learn the ropes, pay is relatively low in comparison the workload demands. You have to purchase options out of pockets, grant is used as a misleading term.

I like working at Supermetrics! The base comp could be improved but other than that it is a great place to work.
