Firstly, the product is good and there is not a lot of pressure to hit targets, which is great. However, the current comp structure isn't great compared to other saas companies in Dub. Teammates and 90% of staff are fantastic to work with and really helpful, but Middle Management is extremely lacking in experience, and reps lean on each other for help. If they can sort the comp out (pay reps more), learn to reward reps and promote people who deserve it internally and get some good sales leaders in to inspire and lead ( Not manage from behind a desk), Supermetrics could be a fantastic place to work.

Great company and I was so grateful to have gotten my career in SaaS sales off the ground at Supermetrics! After leaving, it didn't take too long for me to regret it - the sales leadership is fantastic, and getting international work trips paid by the company every year is a pretty fantastic motivator to work hard and do well.
