Brightcove is filled with smart individuals and employees are given a good work life balance. The product can be tough to differentiate from competitors and the company overall can be slower to navigate but it’s a great place if you are looking for good people at a proven company.

Changes to the unstable C-level have meant that compensation and target structures for the sales team have become very unrealistic and penalise the wrong behaviours. This seems to be consistent for SDR, CSM, AE and AM roles.
