Great people, platform, and enjoy working here at Sumo Logic. It is a very competitive spaces but the trade off is the ability to earning if you are willing to put the work in.

My overall experience at Sumo Logic was great for the first 12 months. Then acquired by PE, laid off hundreds of people, delayed promotions and compensation increases for 6 months. I didn't get a promotion despite top performance then 6 months later put on a pip. Promised training, development and promotion in 12-18 months but never happened. Low morale, mental...Read More

Leadership is a mess, compensation is below average, product isn't competitive against market leaders. New licensing model is interesting.
