Overall experience has been solid. Sumo Logic as a company is an awesome place to work that offers competitive compensation and fantastic work/life balance, however the product is in a crowded space where it doesn't necessarily compete as well as some others.

Constant fear of Pip and layoff. Poor leadership and culture. Private equity acquisition ruined the few good things left there. Everyone is looking to leave.
