Overall experience has been solid. Sumo Logic as a company is an awesome place to work that offers competitive compensation and fantastic work/life balance, however the product is in a crowded space where it doesn't necessarily compete as well as some others.

Mediocre. Sumo has a generally solid product, in a very competitive industry. The most valuable application, Cloud SIEM is under direct attack by a mix of cheap and cheerful start ups, established legacy incumbents, more modern comps who come from SIEM/UEBA, and from XDR.

Constant fear of Pip and layoff. Poor leadership and culture. Private equity acquisition ruined the few good things left there. Everyone is looking to leave.
