The product is a solution looking for problems, so you'll be constantly trying to convince your customers to abandon their best of breed for your mediocre platform. The transition to private equity has caused a weirdly toxic culture with micromanagement and constant criticism. Would not recommend in 2024. Would recommend waiting to see what PE does with the company.

When I arrived at Sumo the Leadership and Culture was awesome. New Management was hired and it all went downhill. Great product that customers loved but it was like they wanted it to fail.
