Also consider the very political aspect of the position. Most SDRs only reach quotas from «good relationships» with AEs meaning you can either work hard, make hundreds of calls, emails and discovery OR ask AEs to put your name on an Opp they just created even if you didn’t participate in any way to bring that deal.
