It was a good job with shaky management. Stripe is full of talented and passionate people. My team went through a ton of managers though which could be tough tough if you need structure. The benefits were amazing and it's a great place to be if you're a self starter.

I love it, definitely things to improve but great product. And nothing is better than selling a good product

Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.
