Getting too big and inefficient. Needs to greatly revamp the sales compensation system and metrics.

Pros: The comp is excellent and most of the people you work with are smart. Great also to work for a pair of founders you believe in. Cons: GTM priorities change a lot. Hard to overachieve - feels like there’s a lot of potluck.
