Overall great company to work for. However, I work as a MMD BDR and my team is currently struggling to stay at float. We havent met quota in the past 3 months and doest seem like we will in the coming months. The SMB BDRs are killing it as they get a lot of support from inbound leads. Almost everyone on my team is struggling and not the happiest with management. Overall, culture, compensation, and diversity is good in the company. Just need to figure out a strategy for the team that is not performing.
