Current Employee I believe in Sprouts ability to evolve and make the necessary changes in its GTM strategy over the long term. That being said, many changes over the past few years have been at the expense of individual contributors -(tale as old as time) over hiring, territories shriveling, increased quotas with low attainment [consistent across all teams / verticals].
