US has 401k matching, Canadians do not get RRSP matching, ESPP available for US employees but not Canadian, and US employees get additional healthcare benefits like fertility benefits whereas Canadians do not.

Current Employee3.3Sep 23, 2024I believe in Sprouts ability to evolve and make the necessary changes in its GTM strategy over the long term. That being said, many changes over the past few years have been at the expense of individual contributors -(tale as old as time) over hiring, territories shriveling, increased quotas with low attainment [consistent across all teams / verticals].
