Current Employee4.0Feb 24, 2024Good product overall, great culture and leadership. Challenging to hit quota. Inbound pipeline is poor. Canadian benefits are extremely weak compared to US. US has 401k matching, Canadians do not get RRSP matching, ESPP available for US employees but not Canadian, and US employees get additional healthcare benefits like fertility benefits whereas Canadians do not.
