we're just told "what you're doing isn't working" but there's no answer, coaching, or helping to prospect. also the internal process at this company to get anything done is a MESS and customers are churning because value isn't felt and we're not helping them achieve their goals with our product.

There is definitely plenty of opportunity, but with it comes organizational changes throughout, a highly inefficient process filled culture, and lots of turnover. The products are cutting edge and well respected - there is money to be made but it's not easy.
