Poor management coupled with unattainable targets and a product/brand name not familiar or ready for ANZ customers, leads to a poor working culture and staff turnover. Would not recommend.

Sprinklr historically has been a great company to work for and represent to the market (reason I joined); however, in recent months the culture has shifted majorly in a disappointing way. Poor overall experience. Leadership poor, great people that work there and pay is good. Unnecessary pressure given the clear lack of direction from leadership.
