Sprinklr is one of India's highest-paying SaaS companies for an SDR role. But the longevity of an employee looks bleak and abysmal in the company.

As a solutions consultant, the case comp is competitive, however the balance between work load and commission between SC’s and AE’s is terrible. SC’s own a highly technical sales cycle, with little upside to comp. AE’s earn high commissions and rely heavily on the ecosystem to deliver wins.
