Overall, Sprinklr isn't the worst case to work at as an AE, but it strongly depends on the region and your management. The product is insanely strong, but processes and overall company strategy sometimes doubtable.

Product is great. Sales culture is non existent. Barely anyone hits quota. Feast or famine is the best way to describe it.
