Overall, it’s an okay place to get some experience, but the base salary is on the low end, and they’ll hire almost anyone with a sales background. There’s little structure or support for prospecting you’re mostly on your own to find new opportunities. Leadership lacks direction, and the tech stack is very basic, which can limit efficiency.

Coming to SpotOn was fun. Decent learning experience, but the training is terrible. Interview process doesn't explain much and you have to learn on the job, on your own.
