For lack of a better word, the CEO is a bully. He is a massive micromanager, threatens, never praises, nothing is ever good enough (even hitting quota), piles absurd projects onto people and expects them to be done in a day, and is unwilling to listen to data/facts. If he sees a post on LinkedIn from an influencer saying how all reps should do this or that, it becomes law and he will threaten the job of anyone that doesn’t conform. He doesn’t allow reps to just do what they do best. He is the kind of guy that is actually excited for the day he gets sued, “because that means he is doing something right”.
