My overall experience was terrible. I worked for them for two years, and it was nothing but a train wreck the entire time. From significant product failures to manipulating the wording of their vague contracts with clients, they constantly burned bridges with my clients. They also changed the compensation structure almost every quarter, so over two years, I went from making 10% per deal to 4%. The founders are the worst I have ever seen; they need to be more competent in their roles and appear to be bullied by the investors in a way that puts the sales team in a terrible position to succeed each quarter (quota, leads, product failures). The front-line managers are good but totally and completely unempowered even to protect their AEs from the terrible decisions coming down from the founders. Most employees I know are still looking for a new place to land, so venture at your own risk.

Recently changed comp structure - where you only get 50% of your actual earned commission until you reach about half of your quota. There has been a new VP of sales since November 2023. Culture has much improved, and decisions being made make much more sense. Still going through growing pains. But a solid place to work right now in Sales
