Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Recently changed comp structure - where you only get 50% of your actual earned commission until you reach about half of your quota. Not a problem unless you’re underachieving quota, which is common in the sales org.
Core product is such a slam dunk market fit. Unfortunately, that core product isn’t advanced enough for big enterprise accounts. The advanced AI is being sold by competitors, so we are pre-selling and marketing these advanced features before they are actually available for customers to use. The entire outbound SDR team is focusing 100% of their efforts in setting meetings only for “new products”, AKA products that don’t work yet. The only leads generated now are outbound from the full-cycle AE, with the occasional (once per week) inbound lead. Product/marketing/engineering seem to be behind what our competitors have.
This sales org has its own challenges, but has some of the best people I’ve ever worked with. But if the product can’t keep up with the marketing, the top reps will be leaving to the other competitors that are aggressively hunting this sales team, offering much higher pay Browse Other Reviews
