A great work force, but upper management have changed the company which I believe is not particularly positive. A lot of redundancy's across the business, hiring new people then 6months later making them redundant.

My overall experience is average. The training is horrible, the core product is great, but outside of that you really don't have much to sell outside of the base and capacity.

In Feb of '23 there was a reorg for Commercial (Midmarket). AEs were separated into either "growth" or "named" which were greenfield or existing accounts. The Growth teams were really struggling. Great company that has a market leading product. I've really liked the Sales Leadership and their compensation packages are up their with the best.
