Great company that has a market leading product. I've really liked the Sales Leadership and their compensation packages are up their with the best.

Great company to work for. With the Cisco acquisition it looks like Splunk reps are more transitioning into product specialists and are no longer managing the entire account strategy though.

Splunk has been a fantastic place to work with a great culture. Things have changed that are making the culture different than in the past. Challenges around licensing, account segmentation where enterprise reps are geographically dispersed, leadership challenges, and more and more frustrated customers.
