I am interviewing for ISR for Latam. Can you provide breakdown of compensation, achievement and prospects for growth? Currently working as BDR for a large SaaS, but my career has stagnated for lack of opportunities internally. Seems like a good role to get selling experience. Any thoughts?

Going through the interview process now for an Enterprise AE position. My main concern is the product already being sold to it's maximum extent accounts I'd inherit which is why the prior AE may have left. Are most of the account "maxed out" and is the company still routinely landing new logos?

Looking to jump from a Senior BDR at a large tech company to an Inside account manager role here. I see ISR are more of a BDR role is it the same for inside account managers?

I know that Splunk closed quite a few offices and went WFH before Cisco bought them. I think Cisco is trying to get people back to the office. Any return to office (Cisco) mandates for Splunk people in cities where the Splunk office was closed? Just curious.
