Back to ReviewsFormer Employee In Feb of '23 there was a reorg for Commercial (Midmarket). AEs were separated into either "growth" or "named" which were greenfield or existing accounts.
The Growth teams were really struggling. Typically one person on a team was close to quota and the others were doing terribly. The named accounts teams (existing accounts) were doing much better.
Now that Cisco is buying Splunk, I expect business as usual until the deal closes and then massive changes. Browse Other Reviews
