Really great benefits. Personally I was able to get promoted quickly. Lots of politics. Compensation is no longer very competitive. Unrealistic sales targets for the past two years.

My overall experience is deteriorating as time goes on. Has been great, but the changes and uncertainty in the market have given me pause.

Overall bad experience. They heavily recruited me, yet overhired during post-pandemic hiring frenzy. Territories were oversaturated. A few reps would blow out their numbers from one or two deals, but the vast majority of reps were struggling. Front line managers were weak and lacked experience.
