Overall bad experience. They heavily recruited me, yet overhired during post-pandemic hiring frenzy. Territories were oversaturated. A few reps would blow out their numbers from one or two deals, but the vast majority of reps were struggling. Front line managers were weak and lacked experience.

Company has changed - culture is on the decline. The head of NA sales is a box checker spreadsheet driven micro manager with zero sales acumen. His claim to fame is being able to forecast properly. Cisco is likely making things worse

Market leader in the space. No one can do what Splunk can do for E2E observability and security. The price tracks that, so lots of value selling. Deal cycles extremely long; very complex technical solution, contracting, and implementation/success. Challenging, but super rewarding!
