Overall, Sovos helped me get to my next step in my career - but it has completely changed and the culture is almost nonexistent. Fear-based leadership, don't allow PTO at certain times of the year. Managers are strictly looking for deal updates so they can report up (instead of focusing on strategy and development). Extremely seasonal business. And only emphasis on prospecting is sheer volume regardless of quality. Positives are - the product suite is great and customers have great things to say about it.

Overall job is okay. However there is a staggering lack of sales support and training. They are not investing in customer success either which then falls on reps. Little to no top down communication. Unclear what our actual long term goals are at a divisional level.

My overall experience is good. We have realigned the sales team to allow us to sell more products. However, new management has made whole-sale changes and many people were let go
