Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee I started here as a SDR New Grad from University. I have had zero real training or development on how to work the systems and how leads/comp work. Base and OTE was lower than market average but I took on it as a chance. Every SDR in my office has only been there for like 2-6 months - huge red flag. I wish they would train you in depth instead of just expecting you to figure everything out on your own - especially because the SDR role is supposed to be entry level. Recruiters can also be sneaky per my experience - so get everything in writing. Good place to just hang around and find something better within cybersecurity.
