Overall experience was not great, was there for less than two months and got laid off. The reasonings were unfair and unjust and was told it was because of performance when I had only been live for 16 days.

Sonatype needs to pick a strategy and stick with it. Every 2 weeks we had a different initiative to hit and promote. Leadership turnover was problem, obviously when a new leader steps in they are looking to make an impact which added to the confusion of what direction we were actually headed.

Company is owned by Vista Equity and they manage by algorithms which removes any sincerity. Sales reps on / above quota in good standing get pink slips. Good luck!
