Sonatype needs to pick a strategy and stick with it. Every 2 weeks we had a different initiative to hit and promote. Leadership turnover was problem, obviously when a new leader steps in they are looking to make an impact which added to the confusion of what direction we were actually headed.

Company is owned by Vista Equity and they manage by algorithms which removes any sincerity. Sales reps on / above quota in good standing get pink slips. Good luck!

Overall my experience was positive, however there were some unique challenges with being so isolated (working overseas) and not having local leadership. This lead to a lot of tension about operating in region.
