Terrible culture from the top down. This is an old on premise company trying to position themselves as a cloud provider, but the on premise business still does the majority of the revenue. High turnover, no training and zero leads. False advertising and not a place to work if you want to earn or sharpen your craft.

Overall experience has been great. Good leadership in place. Have had to deal with constant change but it’s usually for the better. Company moves fast and is quick to resolve challenges

Huge turnover. Reps and directors in and out in 3 month. Spend almost 3 years and got 8 different people as direct leader Strategy changes every 5 minutes However good comp plan, pretty active market even if it is not the best product there is plenty of opportunites at the enterprise level

Don’t believe any 5 star reviews about this company posted anywhere. Especially if they praise leadership. Well known internally that leadership is a dictatorship. Chet’s way or the highway. He/DataStax force their people to leave good reviews. Good pay and good product, but everything else sucks.

Awesome leadership who have a proven track record towards building, growing a company and going public. Wonderful product with a super fast innovation cycle. Customers love the product as a lot say "it just works" and love the quick support if required. A fast growing company can be a bit challenging at time because of it's pace. But that's what I'm here for!
