Very interesting. I lost count of the number of senior sales leaders, VPs, directors and teammates who either quit or were fired. CEO is acting CRO, at least three RIFs within the last 24 months. How’s that going… The Board clearly has turned their eyes away from the reality of the situation.

CEO is the president is also the CRO... and has committed to RIF after RIF after RIF.... has stifeled investment, processes are broken, and current sales management is hamstrung. I think CEO just wants out and will sell for parts. They set their salespeople up to fail with unrealistic targets and product people that are clearly burned out.
