Former Employee3.1Feb 21, 2024Sonatype needs to pick a strategy and stick with it. Every 2 weeks we had a different initiative to hit and promote. Leadership turnover was problem, obviously when a new leader steps in they are looking to make an impact which added to the confusion of what direction we were actually headed.
