Was a great company under Omnitracs until Solera (PE) took over. Layers of Sr Management that employed leadership by fear, intimidation, and scare tactics. Tone deaf with no ability to be heard or ideas taken seriously.

My overall experience was a company that can do a lot of grate stuff but due to lack of good management and allocated resources is drowning. Upper management is more concerned about sales than actually provide a good solution for their potential clients adapted to the specific target

Solera leadership is the problem. The solutions are solid, but the company gutted the support staff and main sources of knowledge so it’s not innovating or providing decent customer support to the loyal customers from the SmartDrive/Omnitracs acquisition.
