My overall experience was pretty decent, all things considered. The initial team sales managers were open and helpful. They tried to keep the environment fun at times, although there was serious pressure to deliver results.

Very poor culture. PE backed. All decision are focused only on EBITDA. Not concerned with customer or staff satisfaction. The the pay is above average for those that produce!

My overall experience working at Solera. You must have everything in written and documented. You can not trust Management on things they say except if its written. That creates a toxic environment.
