Leadership is a revolving door. Low base, long sales cycle. They’ll try to sell you in potential earnings with unrealistic accelerators when no one is hitting quota.

It's challenging... Solera could be great in the trucking space but none of the systems talk to each other yet. It was extremely difficult to establish a territory with a revolving door of middle/senior management. I hope it gets better for future reps because the technology in parts use to be great. My overall experience working at Solera. You must have everything in written and documented. You can not trust Management on things they say except if its written. That creates a toxic environment. My overall experience was pretty decent, all things considered. The initial team sales managers were open and helpful. They tried to keep the environment fun at times, although there was serious pressure to deliver results.
