The solutions are solid, but the company gutted the support staff and main sources of knowledge so it’s not innovating or providing decent customer support to the loyal customers from the SmartDrive/Omnitracs acquisition. They’re hemorrhaging customers and desperate for sales.
Turnover is plaguing the company because they don’t pay out commissions unless you hit 75% of quarterly quota, while setting yearly objectives that not a single rep hit in ‘22. Your base salary will be your OTE. Browse Other Reviews
