It was a revolving door of reps when I worked there. 412 reps were hired/left in my 3 year tenure. Product was great, however the companies reputation preceded us. You can find the Reddit about SolarWinds and they sales teams reputation. I feel it's a pretty solid starting spot for SaaS sales.

My overall experience at SolarWinds was fantastic. I learned a lot of skills while in the position. I also gained a passion for Customer Success. During my tenure, I was fortunate enough to work with brilliant people as well as learned to work collaboratively amongst teams.

Once a strong, vibrant sales culture of connected professionals, we continue a downward trajectory of leadership. Good product. Solid stance within our markets. But the most talented sales leaders have all gone, replaced by worn out execs tossed aside by other companies.
