Completely new C-Suite, new CMO seems to think sales is the only thing wrong with the company, new CRO seems to be trying to figure out what is working and what is not. Only time will tell if they will ever care about investing in sales again.

Extremely juvenile sales culture with a very inept management group. Many managers have not sold. They are bean counters reporting their higher ups. Can also collude with renewals and channel team to steer sales in a certain direction. If you don't want to live in SalesForce constantly, stay away!

Overall, my experience was okay. My direct manager as an SDR and as an AE influenced my growth, helped with prospects, and strategy in closing deals as the sales cycle moved along. Very cross functional role, but so many moving pieces in the organization that information, processes, and meetings started to make things convoluted in creating value across the board.
