Terrible company. Exec leadership is clueless. Americas new president adds zero value, everyone rolls their eyes behind his back. Lead generation is ancient and ineffective. You won't make a lot of money here.

Poor executive leadership that trickles down to the Director and Management levels across the board. Constant changes every six months for as long as I've been there resulting in org changes, account changes, and comp plan changes. No career development as a seller and overly focused on transactional selling (velocity) over being strategic.

Overall, my experience was okay. My direct manager as an SDR and as an AE influenced my growth, helped with prospects, and strategy in closing deals as the sales cycle moved along. Very cross functional role, but so many moving pieces in the organization that information, processes, and meetings started to make things convoluted in creating value across the board.
