Pretty good so far, only have been in for 6 months. Working on 2 current deals, one came from prospecting and the other came from the client requesting the project. You meet with you team in the morning and afternoon 4x a week, and have alot of support. Questions are also welcomed which is great in the culture.

It's an amazing company to work for but unfortunately my leader was not employee oriented, she only cared about her prospect in the company and micromanaged. Still hold a high opinion about the organization.
