Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Great product, great fit for many companies. A lot of the stuff we do in the data space is genius. The SDR org is relatively dysfunctional. The directors seem to not know what they’re doing and reps are leaving because of that. The lack of growth opportunities outside of closer roles are a primary reason why reps leave, sometimes prematurely. A lot of regretted turnover, manager firings left and right leave SDRs confused about their futures.
Many SDRs feel directors see them just as numbers and their performance reflects that. This is a great place to train and learn. This is far from a place you can grow beyond that unless you’re willing to step over your peers for promotion and that comes rarely. If you’re remotely a person with morals you’ll feel like you have to go against your better judgement to appease your manager and the directors. This is a huge problem.
