Snowflake has a solid product-market fit, and it’s great to see some projects through to deployment. The experience can vary depending on the region, as management styles differ across countries. In terms of career progression, opportunities are mainly focused on moving into junior account executive roles, with limited structured support for broader career development. That said, compensation is very competitive, the company culture is positive, and the people are genuinely great. If you’re early in your career and looking to grow in sales, Snowflake is a strong place to build that foundation — just be prepared that growth beyond the SDR track might require patience.

My overall experience was great. I worked with some incredibly smart people selling an amazing product. Everything was great until the very end when I was let go for no reason other than my employment is "at-will" despite being a top performer.

Once a great company to work for. In 2024 all EMEA Sales leadership has changed, making it a toxic workplace. There's a lot better out there now.
