My overall experience was positive and I am so grateful to have had an opportunity to really develop my understanding of the data and AI space with plenty of learnings and programs set up to help us with relevant messaging. There could've been more specialised support in region ie. Head of Banking/FSI or Head of Retail but in saying that the global teams were very helpful and supportive.

Incredible place to work early in career and also if you're looking to up you level in a more senior role. Compensation is competitive, especially for the more senior roles.
