What is the churn rate like for AEs in the Acqusition and Expansion orgs? Is it in or out at one year? Are they quick to let go of people? Are there people with real tenure on these teams?
More QuestionsI have heard Snowflake comp plans pay solely on a consumption model and would like to better understand how this works and if it is advantageous or not for AEs? Meaning you can sell a large deal but you won't get comped on it until the client starts consuming it. Thanks!Is there a weekly in office requirement for account executives?
