Can anyone give me a 10,000 ft. view of the sales culture/dynamics at Snowflake? Really intrigued by their PMF and they seem to have decent compensation-- but traditionally these hyper-growth companies become hellscapes in the sales department. Curious if this is one of those places

More QuestionsI have heard Snowflake comp plans pay solely on a consumption model and would like to better understand how this works and if it is advantageous or not for AEs? Meaning you can sell a large deal but you won't get comped on it until the client starts consuming it. Thanks!Is there a weekly in office requirement for account executives?
