The overall experience has been good. It’s a solid place to start a career and gives you experience selling to a wide range of company sizes and industries. Base pay and total OTE are low compared to most places in the industry and not many reps hit their OTE number.

Hard work is barely recognized, they only promote people who they like "go out with" even if you do well. Raise's are minimal and rare.
